3D Printing Concrete

3D printing concrete is a special fiber-reinforced concrete designed for extrusion-based 3D printing equipment. It is formed by layer-by-layer extrusion and stacking without formwork. This product adopts low or zero coarse aggregate content with abundant fine sand, combined with polycarboxylate high slump-retaining admixtures, cellulose thickeners and short fibers to regulate rheological properties.

It is mainly applied to small landscape structures, temporary resettlement housing, low-rise building walls, municipal landscape ornaments, special-shaped artistic exposed concrete components, and emergency disaster-relief buildings.
